Orders placed by 2pm will be delivered same-day, subject to stock availability and retailer opening hours. (Please be aware that some Shops & Businesses do not open on certain days).
Retailers featured on the Risborough Basket website will be asked to contact you directly if they have been unable to fulfil your order.
Risborough Basket operates Monday to Friday and currently covers HP27, Great Kimble, Little Kimble and some HP14* postcodes.

Risborough Basket will offer free same day delivery for all orders placed by 2pm, between Monday - Friday and subject to store opening hours.
Once your order has been collected by our delivery driver, you will receive an email confirming that delivery is on it's way. Deliveries will be made by a member of the Risborough Basket team, who is employed by Princes Risborough Town Council.
Our packing and shipping process is extremely efficient. Once your order has been placed, it will be in progress and there is no way to alter shipping details. Please take care to ensure your shipping details are correct. If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address given, the item will be returned to the retailer.

Should you received an item which is either damaged or faulty, please notify the retailer directly.
We will operate the "Challenge 25" policy which is endorsed by the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group, the Government and Trading Standards. Acceptable forms of ID are a UK photocard driving licence, a UK passport or a Proof-of-Age Card.
